The grapes for this wine originate from the flat
districts of Unterloiben and Dürnstein.
Here the alluvial soil is covered to some extent
with mighty loess layers. Together with a rather
early harvest, this is the basis for an aromatic,
light and uncomplicated Grüner Veltliner, typical
for the Wachau and the grape.
